Shipping policy

At Adlertech Spa we ship all over Chile. Below you will find the details of our shipping and pickup options.

1. Shipping Zones

We ship nationwide through the following delivery companies: Blue Express, Starken, and Chilexpress. The cost and delivery time vary depending on the destination municipality and are calculated automatically at checkout.

2. In-Store Pickup

You can also choose to pick up your order at no cost at our location at Alonso de Córdova 2812, Vitacura, Metropolitan Region. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping company and the destination municipality, and are provided during the checkout process. In the Metropolitan Region, deliveries usually take 1 to 3 business days; in other regions, 2 to 7 business days.

4. Order Tracking
