These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products from the Adlertech Spa online store (76.460.293-5), located at Alonso de Córdova 2812, Vitacura, Metropolitan Region, Chile, dedicated to selling a variety of products, both for health and wellness care and home appliances.

By using this site and making a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of them, we ask that you do not use the site.

1. Products and Prices

The prices published on the site include VAT and are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP). Adlertech Spa reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability without prior notice.

2. Purchase Process

By confirming an order, the customer declares that the information provided (contact details, shipping address, and billing information) is correct and complete. Adlertech Spa may contact the customer to validate the order before processing it.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Webpay, Flow, Mercado Pago, and bank transfer. The purchase is considered confirmed once the payment has been approved by the corresponding payment method.

4. Shipping and Pickup

We ship throughout Chile via Blue Express, Starken, and Chilexpress. In-store pickup is also available. Shipping times and costs are provided during the checkout process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos) is owned by Adlertech Spa and cannot be reproduced without prior authorization.
